Born in Crema (CR) on the 2nd of August 1966, he is an entrepreneur in the biomedical sector.
Carlo Bonomi chairs the Board of Directors of Synopo S.p.A., a company operating on neurology instrumentation and consumables, and of the controlled companies: Sidam S.r.l. leader in the production of consumables for diagnostics with contrast liquids, and BTC Medical Europe S.r.l. in the production of consumables used in oncology and post-operative blood-salvage.
His interest for research and his work in companies with an high level of innovation has characterized his professional path, started in a multinational operating on vitro diagnostics and continued holding positions in public and private research companies.
In June 2017 he was elected President of Assolombarda Confindustria Milano Monza and Brianza, the most important territorial association of the Confindustria system.
From 2009 to 2017 he held several positions in Assolombarda, first as Director in charge of Research, Innovation and Digital Agenda and then as Vice-President for Credit and Finance, Tax, Organization and Development. In 2016, the Board of Confindustria appointed him President of the Technical Group for the Tax Office. He is a member of the General Council of Confindustria and of the Council of Presidency of Confindustria Lombardia.
He is a Board Member of Ocean S.r.l. and Marsupium S.r.l. From June 2017 he is a member of the General Council of Aspen Institute Italia and of the Board of Directors of ISPI (Institute for International Policy Studies).
He is engaged in activities with solidarity purposes. From January 2018 he holds the office of President of Cancro Primo Aiuto, a non-profit organization based in Monza, which assists the patients and their families.
She is the Chief Executive Officer of BTC Medical Europe. She joined the company in 2006, the year of its foundation, with the role of Quality Manager and Logistics. She has been actively involved in the development and growth of the company until she stepped into her current role in 2016, following the acquisition by Sidam Srl, a Synopo Group company.
